Our key focus is on the quality of construction during any project and we help you to achieve this by taking a technical approach to your design and proposals and working with you to ensure the best solution is achieved and crucially, insurable. We are pragmatic and proportionate in our approach, making sure that wherever possible, your developments remain commercially viable, especially when it comes to refurbishment and conversion projects.
We also differ from other warranty providers in the marketplace in the way we deliver our policies to consumers. Unlike some others, our policy does not impose a cap of £1,000,000 on new builds or £500,000 on conversions. We believe the consumer should be covered up to the full sales value and our policy reflects this. This can be a huge selling point to your customers if you do sell any properties over these values since it means you are always offering adequate insurance cover to your customers. The Q Policy also gives homeowners the ability to extend their warranty cover after the end of the standard ten-year period if they want to and they can include any structural extensions or alterations in cover as well, offering maximum flexibility.
